The Patient Care Assistant (PCA) collaborates with the RN/Coordinator and staff to ensure residents' safety, health, and care. The PCA supports residents with physical, emotional, or cognitive needs by assessing and addressing their requirements. This role values resident wellbeing, a caring attitude, and knowledge of health and safety standards.
