Our Company invites applications from experienced managers to lead its several units and strengthen operational performance, commercial results and service delivery.  The position holder is expected to build a capable team, lead the business and deliver profitable growth.

As an established leader in the industry, we are seeking managers who combine sound technical judgment with financial discipline, strong people management and a commitment to safe, quality-focused execution.

The Role

As Business Unit/Division Heads, you will be accountable for the safe, compliant, profitable and sustainable performance of an assigned department. You will translate Company strategy into practical business plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, strengthen client relationships and convert business opportunities into profitable work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage divisional budgets, forecasts, revenue, margins, operating costs and working-capital performance.
  • Plan and deliver jobs and projects safely, on time, within scope and within approved budgets.
  • Develop a credible sales pipeline and contribute to tendering, pricing, proposals, client retention and revenue growth.
  • Lead, coach and hold employees accountable through clear objectives, performance reviews and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, regulatory, client and company requirements.
  • Improve the utilization of equipment, assets and subcontractors while reducing downtime, waste and rework.
  • Manage client expectations, resolve escalations and protect the Company’s commercial interests.
  • Provide accurate management reports and address operational, financial, people and compliance risks promptly.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, operations management, business management or another relevant discipline. Equivalent senior management experience may be considered where justified.
  • Evidence of progressive responsible experience, including at least four years managing a department, operation, project portfolio or business unit.
  • Demonstrated responsibility for budgets, cost control, forecasting, job profitability or profit-and-loss performance.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, managing performance and planning workforce requirements.
  • A record of delivering operational jobs or projects with accountability for safety, quality, schedule, cost and client outcomes.
  • Experience contributing to business development, tendering, proposals, pricing or revenue growth.
  • Working knowledge of relevant quality and HSE management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication, analytical, decision-making and management-reporting skills.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications, professional certifications, regional or multi-site experience, and familiarity with ERP, CMMS and project-control systems are also desirable.

The Leader We Are Looking For

You can demonstrate measurable results, make sound commercial decisions and build a disciplined, capable team. You take ownership of problems, act decisively and maintain safety, quality and ethical standards under pressure.

Location

Trinidad and Tobago, with travel, site deployment and work outside normal hours as operationally required. Regional assignments may apply.

How to Apply

Submit:

  • A detailed resume indicating your team size, budget or revenue responsibility, project values and management scope.
  • A brief statement describing two measurable achievements: one operational or financial result, and one result in people leadership, QHSE or business development.
  • Details of relevant professional qualifications and licences.

Shortlisted candidates will participate in a structured competency interview, a business case exercise and a division-specific technical assessment.
