Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction and installation activities related to water treatment facilities and associated infrastructure. The role ensures works are executed safely, in compliance with approved designs, environmental standards, and project specifications, while maintaining quality and schedule performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction of water treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, and related civil, mechanical, and electrical works

• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and environmental requirements

• Monitor contractor performance and enforce strict HSE standards

• Coordinate with engineers, environmental teams, contractors, and client representatives

• Oversee installation of treatment systems, tanks, filtration units, and process equipment

• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

• Address and resolve technical, operational, and scheduling challenges

• Maintain daily site reports, progress tracking, and documentation

• Ensure works meet regulatory and water quality compliance standards

Requirements

• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience supervising construction works of similar magnitude and complexity, preferably within water treatment or infrastructure projects

• Construction Professional with minimum a high school diploma.

• Strong knowledge of civil, mechanical, and process systems related to water treatment

• Experience managing contractors and multi-disciplinary teams

• Sound understanding of environmental compliance and HSE standards
