Systems Engineer
Position Summary:
To restore normal service operations in the client environment as quickly as possible and minimize the adverse impact on business operations, also ensuring the best possible service level and quality.
Primary Responsibilities – To Provide:
- Help Desk Services with the testing, deployment and installation of enterprise systems.
- Technical consulting services to the Sales Support Team and Project Management Teams.
- Enterprise systems support and services to the Internal IT Team.
- Enterprise Demo/Pilots to clients.
Education and Experience
- B.Sc. in Information Technology.
- At least (3-5) years’ experience working in IT
- Knowledge of Computer Repairs and Maintenance
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MSP) certification will be an asset
Skills & Competencies
- The ability to gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems and suggest relevant solutions
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills
- The ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team-based environment
- Must be highly detail oriented and organized.
