Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the team, providing training and guidance.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee inventory and supplies, ensuring cost-effective stock management.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and resolve client concerns.
- Track expenses, optimize budgets, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in operations or management (dry cleaning or related industries preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-service mindset with great communication skills.
- Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of dry-cleaning machinery would be an asset.
