Service Desk Coordinator
Position Summary:
To deliver parts procurement, escalation service support to the relevant workgroups. Also, manage Service Desk Vendor relations and coordinate the general operations of the Service Desk.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate the general Administrative Operations of the Service Desk by overseeing the Contract, Per Call and Warranty Parts Procurement Process and return to defective materials to suppliers.
- Preparation of the HPE Labour Reimbursement Claims Maintenance.
- Oversee HPE Case management.
- Oversee the Coordination of the Service Desk escalation process.
- Provide management information and recommendations for service improvement.
- Provide relevant reports as they relate to the administrative function.
- Track all Managed Services Contracts and other contracts related to the Service Desk function.
Requirements
- Bsc in Business Administration or ABE Certification.
Skills and Competencies
- At least 5 years’ experience in a diverse computerized environment.
- 2-3 years of managerial/administrative experience in a similar or related field.
- Management/Supervisory or Training/Administrative Training.
