MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Time and Attendance register
- Produce payroll report
- Staff Training
- Coordinate Recruitment
- Conduct onboarding orientations
- Schedule and participate in interviews
- Conduct reference checks
- Coordinate annual leave
- Prepare and distribute correspondence
- Liaise with suppliers as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience:3-5 years of experience in HR,
COMPETENCIES
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
