Hydro Tech Limited a leading service provider Company, operating in the Energy Services sector, is inviting applications from suitably qualified nationals of Trinidad and Tobago to become a part of a dynamic team in the following position.
Job Title: Site Support Lead (Offshore)
Candidate Profile:
The Site Support Lead provides technical expertise and oversees a team of multi-skilled craftsmen executing deck services support including scaffolding, helideck operations, rigging and lifting, fabric maintenance, and construction activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- At minimum ten (10) years of work experience performing scaffolding construction works in an offshore environment of which at least five (5) years functioning in a supervisory/lead capacity level.
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- At minimum CISRS OSTS Level 1 certification and CISRS OSTS Basic Scaffold Inspector.
- Working knowledge of Wells program.
- Valid offshore certification (TBOSIET, OEUK medical, etc.)
- NSL Rigging & Lifting Level 2 A, B & C certification.
- Supervisory training.
- Project Management training.
- Offshore emergency response training would be considered an asset.
- Ability to read and produce drawings and have a basic knowledge of scaffold design.
- Competent to conduct scaffold inspections and ability to produce legible reports.
- Develop lift plans and supervise all lifting operations.
- Ability to read and interpret red lines, isometrics, P&ID’s and other engineering drawings in the field and ensure site construction is according to relevant drawings.
- Knowledge of civil, structural, mechanical, and piping repair activities (e.g. fibre glass repairs, bondstrand, wraps).
