JOB VACANCY: ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
We are seeking a confident, people-centred Engagement Officer to serve as a frontline ambassador for our organization. This role is ideal for a high-energy individual who thrives in public-facing environments, enjoys building relationships, and can seamlessly adapt across engagement, outreach, and operational support activities.
Role Overview
The Engagement Officer will represent the organization across a wide range of environments including corporate, community, retail, educational, and outreach settings. The role plays a critical part in enhancing brand presence, supporting engagement initiatives, and delivering a consistently professional and positive public experience.
In addition to engagement responsibilities, the role requires flexibility to support field activities and operational initiatives as needed, in alignment with organizational priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a visible and professional ambassador, engaging members of the public across diverse sectors and environments
Represent the organization at events, activations, expos, seminars, roadshows, and outreach programmes
Communicate services, initiatives, and promotions clearly, confidently, and accurately
Build and maintain positive relationships with individuals, organizations, and strategic partners
Support engagement, outreach, and field initiatives through direct interaction and feedback collection
Provide on-the-ground support for operational and field activities as required
Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and brand visibility
Maintain accurate records and reports on engagement activities, outcomes, and insights

Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging diverse audiences
High standards of personal grooming, deportment, and professional appearance
Strong brand representation and public-facing presence

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
Strong organizational, time-management, and reporting skills
Ability to positively influence behaviour, engagement, and culture
Qualifications and Experience
Prior experience in customer engagement, promotions, sales, marketing, outreach, or field-based roles is an asset
Background in hospitality, retail, service-oriented, or customer-centric industries is advantageous
Willingness to work a flexible five-day work week, which may include weekends or events
CSEC passes in Mathematics and English A
Strong professional social presence
Own transport is an asset
