The Claims Technician I provides administrative and technical support to senior claims personnel by ensuring that claims documentation, records, correspondence, and processing activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service standards and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
· General Insurance State Licence and/or Foundation Insurance Test (CII).
· Currently pursuing a CII designation or equivalent insurance / claims qualification.
· Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience within the insurance industry, preferably in claims, subrogation or legal environments.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
· An equivalent combination of qualifications, training, and experience may be considered.
